Will I get lost and not heard if its a "group program"

NO! we truly limit spaces for maximum impact. We will not be taking on more than 10 coaches in each cohort. 

Is it just webinars and pre-recorded videos? 

NO! It's about improving you as a coach, and having that improvement directly impact your clients results and therefore retention. 

So as well as webinars, lives, direct feedback. There is also direct application into your business using your clients as the case study.

Come on, how long as I am in a "contract" for? 

The program lasts for 6 months, simple. If you need to freeze, or life happens, then talk to us and I am sure we can accommodate.

"Is this for new or experienced coaches?"


Both – as long as you already have basic training/nutrition knowledge and some experience with clients. This course doesn’t teach you what to programme or prescribe; it teaches you how to coach humans through it.

“Is this another business or marketing course?”


No. There are mentions of retention and client journey, but the focus is coaching skills, behaviour change and communication – the stuff that underpins everything else.

“What if I can’t make the live calls?”


All live calls are recorded and uploaded. You’ll also get application tasks, templates and community prompts, so you won’t fall behind.

“Do I need to know psychology already?”


No. We’ll introduce each model (SDT, TTM, MI etc.) in plain English and immediately show you how to apply it with clients.

“Will I get tools I can use with clients straight away?”


Yes. You’ll get screening templates, audit forms, question banks, feedback frameworks and habit planning tools that you can plug straight into your onboarding and check-ins.
